Groups & Pious Societies
- African Catholic Men (ACM), Germany
The pillars of our community, on whose constant support we depend on. Through devotion to St. Joseph, spouse of the Holy Virgin Mary and head of the Holy Family, we seek to model his example of faith, humility, and quiet strength. They provide stability, guidance, and active service within the parish, supporting both spiritual life and community development in practical and meaningful ways.
- African Catholic Women (ACW), Germany
The backbone of our community and the mothers we rely upon in times of need. Through devotion to the Blessed Virgin Mary, Seat of Wisdom, they strive to embody her virtues of love, patience, wisdom, and unwavering faith. They nurture families, strengthen parish life, and offer spiritual and practical support that helps the community grow closer to Christ.
- Choir
How good it is to sing songs of praise to the Lord and worship His majesty. A good choir enriches the celebration of Holy Mass by leading the congregation in prayerful song, lifting hearts toward God, and deepening the spiritual atmosphere of worship. It also builds unity, joy, and a shared sense of belonging within the parish community.
- Church Council
A group of lay parishioners that manages the activities of the community. The Church Council advises the chaplain on lay matters and oversees the organization of parish activities that are not directly spiritual in nature. It ensures effective coordination, supports decision-making, and helps maintain smooth functioning of the community's administrative and practical responsibilities.
- Hospitality Group
We create and foster a feeling of belonging to the community by visiting the sick, the bereaved and the families of new born babies. Through acts of compassion, presence, and support, the group strengthens bonds within the parish and reflects Christian love in action. They ensure that no member of the community feels forgotten or alone in times of joy or sorrow.
- Kids / Sunday School
The Kids Group / Sunday School is a welcoming space where children of the parish can grow in their faith in a joyful and age-appropriate way. Through Bible stories, prayer, songs, and creative activities, they learn the teachings of the Gospel, develop friendships, and begin forming a personal relationship with God. It lays the foundation for lifelong faith and active participation in the Church.
- Mass Servers
A fitting introduction to service in the community for young people and a great opportunity for communicants to take an active role in parish life and in the celebration of Holy Mass. It teaches discipline, responsibility, and reverence while helping them understand the structure and meaning of the liturgy through direct participation in worship and service.
- Youth Group
The Youth Group is a vibrant community for young people to grow in their faith, share experiences, and build lasting friendships. Through prayer, discussions, service projects, and social activities, members deepen their relationship with God, strengthen their identity in the Church, and learn to live out Gospel values in everyday life within and beyond the parish.
